We are happy to announce that the MHRA have chosen option 3, do nothing.
They are however doing further research and will reveal their findings in the Spring of 2013.

We’ve just received stock of an exciting new model. The Riva 510
The Riva 510 is powered by a 750 mAh battery. This battery last up to four times longer than a standard 510 battery. Which means, of course, that you can vape much longer between battery changes.
We have them in White , Black , and Titanium and the kit includes two batteries, two atomisers , ten mixed cartridges and a 20ml bottle of eliquid. All for £39.99

The MHRA have still to announce their decision on MLX 364. What rumours we’ve heard have been promising but nothing is certain yet.
But there is a possibility that they are delaying their decision due to another consultation which has been launched by the EU. This aims to have all non medicinal Nicotine products included under Tobacco regulations.

After an initial delay to the consultation, because of the election, it now looks as though the MHRA will not be making a decision until Sept at the earliest.
Unfortunately the manufacturer of our eliquid has announced they will no longer be making any eliquid with a strength higher the 26mg. This mean that when stocks are gone of our current XXhigh (36mg) strength there will be no more for the time being.
The reason being given is that they are attempting to gain approval in the the USA frrom the FDA and have been told 36mg is too strong.
We may be able to source 36mg from another manufacturer but this will take some time.
